Homeless Man Went Inside The Restaurant And Asked For Food. Then The Manager Gave Him A Meal On One Condition!

The homeless might not have a place to call their own, but that doesn’t mean that they are not people. They are human beings just like you and me, it just so happens that they’re down on their luck and in need of assistance. What do they need? Food, shelter, a job, those are just some of the things that we can provide for them. But prayer and compassion… those go a long way.
In this story that’s going viral online, a homeless man went to a Chick-Fil-A to ask for their scraps.

Joey Mustain, a man who was with his daughter at the Chick-Fil-A, said this about the homeless man,
“People near him kept their distance, but that didn’t stop him from being kind. He spoke to people who reluctantly spoke back, and he smiled while he waited on a manager. ”
Normally, managers try to keep out the homeless because they are afraid of them causing a scene and disturbing the customers. This story is not your typical homeless experience, however. Far from it, in fact! When the Chick-Fil-A manager saw the homeless man, he approached him and offered to give him a warm meal, on one condition.

Joey narrated:

“All I could pick up on of the conversation was the manager saying that he’d love to give him a full, warm meal. Not just scraps or extras. The only thing he required was that the man let him pray with him.”

Yup, the manager just asked to pray with the hungry homeless man. Joey then said that love reverberated throughout the generous manager’s prayer.
Everyone deserves compassion, whatever their circumstances may be, whatever race or religion they may belong to. We must always remember that we are all people. We must always remember the power of prayer and kindness.
